For the ultimate smooth pedal spin you have to go with Sealed bearings. This pedal has replaceable pins (included) which gives you the ability to change them out every few weeks. Great gripping surface with 10 pins per side. Machined from think aluminum so you know it’s tough and can take some abuse. The guys from Animal did a great job on this pedal.
